PAMO Rewards

  • 1. Eligibility:

      • Participation in the Promo is open to customers (Buyers) of Pamo App.
      • Employees of Pamo are not eligible to participate in the promo.

      2. Reward Redemption:

        • Prizes will be given to customers directly by the Pamo Team with the exception of customers outside Accra.
        • Top 5 customers with the highest amount for items purchased will receive the price.
        • Social media prize winners will be selected according to the level of engagement their posts generate.
        • Customers who might not be available to receive their prices will have a maximum of 5 working days to redeem their price. Expired rewards will not be honored.
        • Winners will have to show proof of Identity to be presented with rewards.

        3. Account Management:

          • Members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.
          • Pamo is not responsible for any unauthorized use of a customer’s account.

          4. Privacy:

            • Pamo respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

            5. Termination:

              • Pamo reserves the right to terminate or suspend any customer’s participation in the promo at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these T&C's or fraudulent activity.

              6. Changes to T&C's:

                • Pamo reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these T&C's at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C's.
