1. Eligibility:
- Participation in the Promo is open to customers (Buyers) of Pamo App.
- Employees of Pamo are not eligible to participate in the promo.
- Prizes will be given to customers directly by the Pamo Team with the exception of customers outside Accra.
- Top 5 customers with the highest amount for items purchased will receive the price.
- Social media prize winners will be selected according to the level of engagement their posts generate.
- Customers who might not be available to receive their prices will have a maximum of 5 working days to redeem their price. Expired rewards will not be honored.
- Winners will have to show proof of Identity to be presented with rewards.
- Members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.
- Pamo is not responsible for any unauthorized use of a customer’s account.
- Pamo respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
- Pamo reserves the right to terminate or suspend any customer’s participation in the promo at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these T&C's or fraudulent activity.
- Pamo reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these T&C's at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C's.
